Adriani has around 30 years of experience in Human Capital Development with intensive exposure in banking and consulting business. She had been employed in several major private national Banks in Indonesia including Bank Universal (1993 – 1997 as Learning Manager), Bank Permata (2007 – 2008 as Organizational Learning Head), Bank Danamon (2003 – 2005 as Danamon Learning Center Head), and Bank BTPN (BTPN Learning Institute Head from 2008 to 2011 and BTPN Syariah Business Partner Management Head from 2011 to 2014). In the last 3 organizations she had served as Executive Officer (Pejabat Eksekutif) reporting to the Board of Directors. She also had exposure in consulting services in PricewaterhouseCoopers as Senior Consultant (1997 – 2003).

In January 2015, she established Executive Coach Indonesia to pursue her personal aspiration in the areas of Management Consultant, Executive Coaching and Leadership Training. She has delivered numerous working engagement for clients from diverse industries including banking and financial services, financial digital innovation, software as a service (SaaS), technology solutions, manufacturing industry, public sector, international development bodies, Government of Indonesia, and US Government.
