Our Existence
Executive Coach Indonesia (ECI) was established on 1 January 2015 to serve the inner call of the founder to assist executives and organizations in discovering their inner voice and identifying their true strengths which serve as the foundation for personal and professional growth.
Driven by this purpose and belief, we exist to assist individuals and organization to find their path and grow to they really are.
We believe that authenticity is the key to personal and professional growth. The presence of an expert coach will help individuals and organization to build awareness of their core identify and develop themselves around the true north of their identity.
Since its inceptions, ECI has trained more than 4800 participants and coached more than 300 executives from more than 30 organizations in various industries and organizational bodies in Indonesia and around the world.
